Royton and Crompton is a school with a bright future. We are under the guidance of a new and experienced Leadership Team who are driving the school forward.
A new build is planned for 2019 which will provide state of the art resources for all of our staff. We are situated a short distance away from the scenic Pennines and have excellent transport links from Manchester city centre.
This new post will undertake an integral role within the Student Support Centre (SSC) by working closely with challenging and vulnerable pupils who have a wide range of individual needs. The successful applicant will be an experienced behavioural practitioner who will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the learning activities within the Student Support Centre facility, with the aim of supporting the return of students to mainstream classes. This is to be achieved by providing an environment and flexible support in which positive expectations and high standards are clearly and constantly defined through short and medium term intervention.
