Royton and Crompton is a school with a bright future. We are under the guidance of a new and experienced Leadership Team who are driving the school forward.

A new build is planned for 2019 which will provide state of the art resources for all of our staff. We are situated a short distance away from the scenic Pennines and have excellent transport links from Manchester city centre.

Responsible to the Headteacher, The CCF Administrator/SSI is ideally a person from a military background who, through previous experience and training, will have knowledge of the cadet forces ethos and a desire to support, encourage and develop. The candidate will be taking a lead role in the school’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme. Ability to work independently, good time management and organisational skills are a must for this role.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and local government pension scheme, an Employee Assistance Programme to support health and well-being as well as full induction and a programme of continuing professional development.

All applicants should note that our school operates a strict Safeguarding Policy, and procedures are rigorously and consistently applied.
