Royton and Crompton is a successful school with a bright future. We are under the guidance of a new, experienced Leadership Team who are driving the school forward. The governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding manager of staff and exemplar of teaching skills with extensive expertise in their field to lead a committed and enthusiastic Geography department.
The successful candidate will undertake a management role in developing, implementing and evaluating our Geography curriculum. They will ensure the active participation, enjoyment and learning of all our pupils at all levels. They will have an excellent track record of high quality work and credibility in Key Stage 3/4, with a proven record of success and use a range of effective leadership styles to provide support and challenge to staff.
